1. » We offer an extremely competitive and comprehensive compensation
      package to our personnel that includes, but is not limited to, a base
      salary, quarterly bonuses, travel bonuses, immediately vested
      employer 401(k) contributions, and profit sharing contributions.
2. » We grant discretionary quarterly bonuses for senior audit personnel
      that have historically averaged over $6,000 per quarter.  Average
      manager level bonuses are 20% higher than those for senior audit
      personnel.  Bonus amounts are based off the company’s net income
      for the quarter combined with the employee’s individual performance
      ratings in comparison to their peer group.
3. » We provide our auditors with the ability to develop a deep skill set. We
      have a national focus, and thus, are not hindered by barriers that limit
      many firms into “regions”.  Therefore, we are not forced to portray our
      auditors as “jacks of all trades” in order to sell chargeable time.
4. » We have professional development expectations that our auditors will
      obtain and maintain the industry’s most respected designations,
      including the CISSP, CISA, CIA and CPA (when applicable)
      certifications.  We provide our auditors with the support to meet this
      expectation.
5. » SAS 70 Solutions national focus allows auditors to live in the city of
      their choice and to relocate at any time.
6. » Time reporting does not exist at SAS 70 Solutions.  Furthermore,
      chargeability is not tracked or used as a performance metric.
7. » Our auditors are not tasked with sales goals or managed fee goals.
8. » Monday morning through Thursday evening is considered to be
      “standard travel”.  Our auditors are given bonuses for every instance
      where non-standard travel is required.
9. » Our auditors have visibility into their schedule that extends months into
      the future, along with an indication of the “likelihood” of the assignment
      changing.  Scheduling changes rarely occur within 30 days of
      fieldwork.
10. » The standard work week is considered to be 40 hours, excluding travel
       time.  Even during busy season, work levels tend to stay in this
       range. 
11. » Our auditors are never asked to work on weekends.
12. » Auditors are not required to book their own travel reservations.  An
       in-house travel specialist handles all travel reservations for the audit
       teams and distributes calendar entries containing all relevant travel
       details.
13. » The volume of voicemails and e-mails unrelated to client engagements
       are typically reduced by 90% when compared to the previous
       employer.
14. » All employees are W-2 employees.  In order to keep all team
       members' goals aligned, we do not use subcontractors under any
       circumstances.
15. » Corporate outings are held for employees and their significant others
       on an annual basis.  Previous destinations have included resorts in the
       Bahamas and locations throughout Florida.
