Founded in 2002, SAS 70 Solutions is widely recognized as the first CPA firm in history founded for the purposes of providing SAS 70 audit services.

Our founders are former Arthur Andersen executives who set out to perfect the service delivery model that is utilized by the global accounting firms.  These founders recognized that superior audit services can not be provided by inexperienced personnel who have limited knowledge of the SAS 70 audit discipline.  Realizing that the remaining 'Big 4' accounting firms would not support their vision, the founders made the decision to create a new breed of CPA firm never before seen in the marketplace.

SAS 70 Solutions is built on a value proposition predicated upon using experienced personnel to provide services to clients for a reasonable fee.  Since our inception, over 200 companies have realized this value proposition and selected our company as their service auditor of choice.  These companies include many Fortune 1000 and publicly traded companies, as well as privately held entities of all sizes.

Today, SAS 70 Solutions is the largest audit firm in the nation that primarily concentrates in providing SAS 70 audit services.  Even though our firm competes exclusively with the global accounting firms, we have not strayed from our vision.  In fact, our boutique philosophy continues to flourish as we maintain a commitment to our vision.
