Profile Of An Ideal Candidate

Seeking Experience, Expertise, and Initiative.

The ideal employment candidate possesses a strong mix of the following characteristics:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant business or information technology topic
  • Advanced degree in a relevant business or information technology topic
  • A minimum of two years of related work experience for a tier one professional services firm in the financial auditing, operational auditing, information systems auditing, internal auditing, information security consulting and/or risk consulting fields
  • Achieved at least the “senior” associate level at a tier one professional services firm
  • Currently holds a combination or the CPA, CISA, CISSP, PCI-ASV/QSA and/or CIA designations
  • Willingness to pursue additional relevant professional certifications
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial abilities, client focus, intellectual curiosity, industry savvy, and the ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team
  • Concerned more with the developing of personal expertise and overall success of the company than with job titles or bureaucracy
  • Willingness to travel during a significant number of weeks during the year, or re-locate to a location where client demand reduces the level of travel required
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal characteristics
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic environment with highly skilled co-workers
